Kittiwake House Rules

General Rules

• Check-in after 3pm, Check-out by 10am.
• Quiet hours after 10pm – please respect our neighbours.
• Report any damages immediately.
• Please ensure all waste and recycling are placed in bins at the bottom of the driveway before departure.

Smoking

• Smoking is not permitted inside the house or on any decked areas. Please use the garden and dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.

Pets

• Kittiwake welcomes pets (maximum of 2).
• Please clean up after your pets.
• Pets must be kept away from the hot tub area.

Hot Tub

• Use at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Shower before use and avoid soaps or oils.
• Maximum of 4 people at any one time.
• No glassware or food near the hot tub.
• Please replace the cover after use.

Notes

The hot tub may require 16–20 hours to heat upon arrival.

Recommended usage time is 15 minutes to avoid overheating.
